Who it's for: Residential builders, custom home builders, renovation and framing contractors, and developers who want a visual record without scheduling a site visit.
First-floor framing complete. Second-floor deck poured and curing. Roof trusses delivered on site — installation expected mid-week. Exterior work on schedule. Minor delay noted on window delivery; worth a check-in with your supplier before the rough-in inspection.
Next recommended flight: roofing stage or two weeks, whichever comes first.
Most listings already have a ground photographer. Aerial work complements what they shoot — lot size, backyard, surroundings, and street context that a ground lens can't show. We coordinate directly with the photographer so the day runs clean.
Your listing photographer doesn't fly. We do. Book us for aerials before or after the ground shoot — same-day delivery, MLS-ready formats, vertical cuts for social.
White-label friendly. If your clients ask for aerials and you don't have a drone operator, you can sub-contract us. We show up, fly, and deliver media under your workflow. Your client relationship stays yours.
Hole flyovers, course overview sweeps, and facility footage — useful for your website, member communications, tournament packages, and social content that shows why your course is worth the drive.

I'm a Red Seal Carpenter and construction estimator based in Ottawa. I've spent years on job sites reading drawings, coordinating trades, and understanding what "on schedule" actually means.
I added drone work to that background because I saw a gap: builders were getting aerial shots from operators who'd never set foot on a site. I fly Ottawa job sites with a carpenter's eye — noting what's complete, what's in progress, and what's worth flagging.
For real estate and golf clients, that same attention to detail shows up in how I plan a shot list, read the light, and deliver media that's ready to use the same day.

We reschedule at no charge. For construction clients on a recurring cadence, we'll coordinate the rescheduled flight around your site schedule so the record stays consistent.
We operate a sub-250g aircraft, which has minimal airspace restrictions under Transport Canada rules. For flights near controlled airspace — airports, heliports, or restricted zones — we coordinate with Nav Canada in advance. If a site has a specific restriction, we'll flag it before booking.
We operate commercially under Transport Canada's drone regulations. Contact us directly if your project requires documentation for a site-specific requirement.
You do, for the project it was commissioned for. Photos and video are delivered ready to use — MLS, social, client presentations, or your own archive. If you need broader or commercial licensing, mention it when you book and we'll sort it out upfront.
